My wife and I came to the lovely state of Colorado via the USAF where we served as officers for roughly ten years before being honorably discharged. After a successful career in the USAF and the defense industry, I decided to pursue my passion as a real estate professional and have been working in the industry for over 11 years. I believe in always doing what's right for the client; even if it means not making a sale. I have a passion for working with all buyers/sellers and educating them on aspects of real estate. I'm also skilled at evaluating investment properties and I don't just talk-the-talk but have bought and sold multiple units for my personal portfolio. In addition, I'm also the exclusive listing agent for Black Oak Inc semi-custom homes. I'm a real-estate investor/landlord who understands the hands-on work of remodeling and rehabbing homes. Because I see every home as an investment, I teach my clients to focus on long-term results and not just the the glitz. My business acumen is key in evaluating every purchase as a business decision. I also provides property management services for homeowners throughout the entire Colorado Springs community.

Resident of Colorado for over 20 years. I truly know the ins and outs of our Real Estate market. Graduate of U.C. Denver, where I received a BA in Mass Communications. After graduation, I launched my career in Metro-Denver, specializing in international marketing for Real Estate brokerages. My career eventually lead me to Colorado Springs, where I became a Licensed Realtor in 2005.
