setting.  Situated in the foothills just north of Garden of the Gods, the
home site, at elevations from 6,400 to 7,100 feet, encompasses
pine-covered hills, mesas spotted with native Oak, and ridges of scenic
rock outcroppings.  These sites feature a variety of views, from
long-range vistas of the Black Forest and eastern plains to cityscapes
with a spectacular array of evening lights to the Garden of the Gods
rock
formations and towering backdrop of Pike National Forest. A park
system winds through the neighborhoods making the natural terrain
readily available to pedestrians.  Hundreds of additional acres of
recreational opportunities are available in nearby Garden of the Gods
Park and Ute Valley Park.  Easy access to I-25 makes north/south
commuting a short drive.   Colorado Springs School District 11 services
this area.  Home prices range from the $200,000s - $1,000,000.
